How do you cope with jealousy?

alright, so one of my best friends is going out with another one of my best friends (who, about a year ago, i went out with and in the end she just thought of me as a friend) for the second time in a year (both times being after i went out with her). i still like this girl... even after about a year, i still like her. i dont know why, but i do. and right now im kinda jealous of my friend, and i feel kinda bad about it. i wasnt going to say anything to him about it cu i dont want to screw things up for him and all, but is there a good way for me to deal with this jealousy? i would really appreciate the help.How do you cope with jealousy?
Aha! Even if you screw it up for him, she will still not like you and still will not change her mind in going out with you. Just let it go alright? thats a kinda tough situation to be in. being jelouse can make u totaly gloomy and depressed. just hangout with alot of ur other frends. go to the movies and stuff. its majorly hard gettin over sumone u realy like. belive me i know. im kinda goin through the same thing. all u can do is be happy for both people and kinda just move on. just have parties and stuff u enjoy. i hope this helped.

Sorry hun, but jealousy is something that most likely you won't be able to help but feel right now. Because you're still semi-attached to this girl and the guy who's dating her is one of your best friend's it will bug the hell out of you for a while. The best thing you can do is try not to be around them when they go out together because it will probably bother you, try to forget about what you and the girl could have been because you know it won't happen, and just kind of let things go and go with the flow of things. Try to have a carefree attitude even thought it's beyond hard to do, but maybe you could consume yourself in something distracting for a while like sports or hobbies or other friends and other girls.
Jealous everyone have recently i broke up with a guy because he like my friend, what to do, accept it or continue to love her. Its all about love, see whether u have everlasting love or eternal love. If everlasting love i think u can let it go, but if eternal love continue to love her. All the best Brother.
