A bit of advice needed.?

me and my g/f of 9 years have split up, we have 2 kids. we are still living in the same house with the kids just now, dunno whats happenng with that. its friday which means she will be going out with her freinds tonight, shell prob go with someone else tongiht now shes single, her freinds have diff guys every week. my heads gonna be done in with jealousy tonight, any ideas on how to cope with this, should i talk to her about it or act cool and not intrested. thing is i want her back, dont think shell take me back though.

M8 if she can't see what is best for your kids your better off without her stay away from the dating websites though! Best thing to do is ask her its a good thing to show your jealous because it will show you care still! Also try not to fall into childish games there easy once you have just broken up and if you dont then it will show your maturity and love for her and she most probably depending on her personality will come bk to you! hope this helps!A bit of advice needed.?
Can i ask why u split up? You need to talk to her and ask her how she feels. If you still love her you need to tell her as soon as you can! Jealousy is a horrible thing to deal with...it can really send you mad, so just think about positive things, don't ask yourself what she is doing, or who is she with. Just concentrate on what you need to talk to her about and let her know how you feel. Good Luck!
Be really lovely to her before she goes, it will stick in her mind all evening. Make her see what she has at home. Oh, and tell her that next Friday you are having a lads night out ;-D
Im sure shes not going to go out on the pull after ye just split up hun!!! But its something you're going to have to deal with sooner or later - ye are both single now - and ye will meet people in time.
