How do you cope with jealousy in a relationship?

I tend to be the more jealous one in my relationship, but I'd like to hear from both ends of the spectrum.





To the jealous: How do you keep your jealousy under wraps?





To the non-jealous: How do you keep yourself from strangling someone when they're being over-the-top jealous?

Jealousy: The green eyeed monster of destruction. Used to be jealous lost a marriage and family over it, learned how not to be jealous. nuff said, good luck in life.
